Most interestingly, he went to a depth in explaining Japanese culture and tradition that we were not expecting; from historic facts and figures, to explaining the details of the tea ceremony, to educating us on cultural dos and don’ts, to a most interesting smattering of Zen Buddhist teachings, Yuta really took a simple bike tour to a whole new and unexpected level.
