“I signed up for a tour a few hours before for the same day and was unintentionally granted a private tour with Mr Teppei, who was incredibly helpful and patient with answering the questions I had. We took slightly more than 1.5h tour planned as he kindly waited as I ended up in a long wait for the toilet and during the souvenir stops.
