“This was an absolute highlight of my Kyoto trip. I’ve been to Japan three times and never had the chance to participate in a Geisha experience. The guide, Hikari was so knowledgeable on the history Geishas or Geikos as they are called in Kyoto. Halfway through the dinner, a Maiko - Geiko in training came into the room. She performed two dances, played a game and allowed us to take photos with her. Through Hikari, we were able to ask questions about her life and career. Do not hesitate to book this tour. The food in the restaurant was delicious as well!”
